Friday
8:00-11:00am -Vendor arrival and Check-in Vendors please arrive between these hours to assure you get a spot in our vendor area. Any vendor arriving later than 11:00am may possibly be placed outside the preferred vendor area.
Noon-10:00pm - Participants arrive and Check-in Participants please do not arrive earlier than noon so that we can get all our vendors in and situated. The parking area has changed this year and you may be asked to move if you arrive too early
1:00pm-10:00pm - Event check-in open Includes Safety Check

6:00pm-8:00pm - Hot dog/chips & drinks - provided by Falken Tire Corporation one of the BIg Bear Forest Fest's Platinum Sponsors

Saturday
6:00am - Registration and Safety open for Late comers
7:30-9:00am - Trail rides leave camp Participants please be in line and ready to go at your assigned time. We would hate to leave anyone at camp and have you miss out on a great day. Please remember to have your gas tank topped off, a lunch and snacks for all riders in your rig, plenty of water and appropriate clothing for the season.
Noon-10:00pm - Vendor area open to all participants
Mid-Late Afternoon - Trail rides arrive back at camp
5:00pm - Kid's Raffle
5:00pm - Entertainment
4:00pm - 6:00pm Rock Wall
6:00pm - Dinner
7:30pm - Adult Raffle

Sunday
7:30-8:30am - Trail rides leave camp
Noon-2:00pm - Trail rides arrive back at camp
4:00pm - All participants expected out of camp and gates closed
